Kelly Stackpole
CFO Northwest Group

| Kelly Stackpole is Chief Financial Officer of the Northwest Group (Quality Business Systems, Copytronix, and Pinnell). He was named to this position in June 2007. Kelly is responsible for the company's core Financial and Operational functions that support all areas of the business in the Northwest.
Prior to this role, Kelly joined Global Imaging's acquisitions team in August 2005. In this role, he led and participated in valuations and due diligence for acquiring 15 companies for Global Imaging Systems, Inc.
Prior to joining Global Imaging, Kelly was an accountant for 4.5 years with the public accounting firm of Bourgeios Bennett in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was responsible for audits and tax preparation for small to medium sized business.
Kelly received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of New Orleans.
